Beta O'Clock
Today at exactly 2 minutes past Beta O’Clock we are releasing a beta version of redsn0w. The release hopes to simplify the jailbreaking of your iPod touch 2G.
redsn0w is currently in beta as it relies on the user running itfrom the command line, but this new redsn0w functionality is beingadded into our GUI applications.
If you are not fully confident with using the command line, thenhold off for those simpler tools that will be released sometime soon.

1、下载好Beta O'Clock 的redsn0w

2、解压可见：



3、将ipt2（注意，请刷成官方固件）连接到计算机上，如果你知道如何进入DFU模式的话，可以直接进入DFU模式，否则程序会引导你进入DFU模式

4、双击运行程序，出现版权提示，并建议您可以进入DFU模式连接计算机，或者根据下面的提示继续



5、按照下面提示，IPT2务必关机并连接到计算机，按下电源键关机，并滑动滑条关闭IPT2！按任意键继续！



6、根据下面的提示，仔细地根据计算机屏幕上的提示步骤，按照那些时间倒计时按键！按任意键继续



7、按下电源键3秒钟



8、不要放开电源键，并按下屏幕下方中间位置的HOME键，保持10秒钟



9、松开电源键，继续按住HOME键30秒



10、如果成功就可以自动传送破解信息！完毕后DOS窗口会自动关闭！（是不是很简单了呢？如果你熟悉QUICKPWN的话那么一切都一模一样的！）


（关于MAC OS和LINUX过程都是一样的，只是运行的程序可以参照下面的说明进行！）
Mac下使用说明
-------------

在Mac OS X 10.5.6或以上版本中，DFU模式因为一个存在于系统中而苹果又不愿意去修复的BUG而被禁用。
解决此问题有个办法，用一个带电的USB集线器将iPod连接到电脑，而不是直接连接
也可以用一个软件来破解修复这个bug，详情请见http://blog.iphone-dev.org/post/74278878/close-the-stable-door

1. 在DFU模式下连接到电脑
或根据程序提示一步步进入DFU模式
2. 开启命令行Terminal（在应用程序里）
3. 输入cd (cd后有一个空格)
4. 将redsn0w文件夹拖到命令行窗口
5. 按回车
6. 输入./redsn0w并回车
Linux下使用说明
--------------

确保已安装libcurl, bzip2, zlib, openssl, librickrb 和 libpng。强烈建议不要通过集线器来连接iPod。因为librickr的一个bug，操作过程中需要断开和重新连接iPod


1. 在DFU模式下连接到电脑
或
根据程序提示一步步进入DFU模式

2. 在命令行里以合适的方式启动redsn0w.x86 或 redsn0w.64

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WINDOWS
------------------------

It is recommended NOT to connect the iPod through any sort of USB hub.

1. Either connect the iPod in DFU mode to the computer
OR
Follow the step-by-step DFU instructions with the program

2. Launch redsn0w.exe by double-clicking on it.

NOTE FOR MACS
-------------

In versions of OS X above 10.5.6, DFU mode has been disabled by a bug in the
operating system that Apple has not yet seen fit to fix. A work-around for
this problem is connecting the iPod through a powered USB hub rather than
directly through the computer. It's also possible to use a software hack to
temporarily fix this problem to use this software. Please see the blog post at
http://blog.iphone-dev.org/post/74278878/close-the-stable-door for more
details.

1. Either connect the iPod in DFU mode to the computer

2. Start Terminal (in the Utilities folder under Applications)
3. Type 'cd ' (cd space)
4. Drag the redsn0w folder into the Terminal window
5. Push enter
6. Type './redsn0w' and push enter

NOTE FOR LINUX

libcurl, bzip2, zlib, openssl, librickrb and libpng are required libraries. It is
recommended NOT to connect the iPod through any sort of USB hub. Due to a bug
within librickrb, it is currently required that you disconnect and reconnect the
iPod when prompted during the process.
